      There are so many to describe, but I will just say that if the "leadership" is inconsistent, not team based, and untrustworthy, then you have a toxic situation. The CYA and fear based tactics runs rampant here.

      The ceo gets a call from a customer making even a minor complaint about anything, he demands the employee gets fired right away. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal when you have no history of complaints. But watch out.
