Pros
The culture and vibe of our company is one of a kind! Everyone works hard and does well in their roles, so it's great to be apart of such a supportive company. The HR team is great, they genuinely care and are very friendly. There is an open-door policy that makes me feel like I can express any concerns I have and I know they will be heard and considered instead of ignored and shrugged off. No place is perfect, but this is as close as it comes. Management works hard at balancing people’s workloads while growing the business. The company runs on trust and transparency and this provides a feeling of mutual respect for everyone in the company, regardless of position or rank. I don't dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding. -Flexible With Vacation Time -Benefits -Fully Stocked coffee area.
