      1. Amazing on-boarding experience. HR was very proactive and kept checking in to ensure that I had no issues in settling in. 2. Strong Organizational Culture 3. Good Team Orientation 4. Growth Oriented 5. Open Door Policy

      Pros

      The working culture is among the best in the industry. They are absolutely a team-oriented workforce that are passionate about their industry. Unfortunately, company closed its doors in Houston, due to COVID-19.

      Cons

      Being a small (less than $100M) company and being family owned, they have been well-funded in years past. However their funding was not enough to sustain the economic impact of COVID-19.
