      Can’t trust Intact

      Pros

      They provide your biweekly salary payments on time. I realize that is a requirement of all employers, but really it’s the only pro I can think of.

      Cons

      The direct management can be fine if you’re extremely lucky but they promote employees based on their willingness to toe the company line as opposed to their knowledge of what the job entails. Company wide correspondence is all “hooray we’re an inclusive environment, we’re a family!” One on one they are bully’s and they cannot be trusted to remain true to their word. Ironic coming from an insurance company

      Pros

      The wage was somewhat reasonable

      Cons

      One of the most toxic cultures I have ever been a part of. This is a big company with lots of resources but doesn't listen to workload concerns from it's employees. Training is awful and mangers are like working in a high school locker room.
