None, this company calls me frequently every time a different person. They never follow through with any feedback. There Account Managers can’t read resumes.

Fun work environment, they hire young social people so you make friends easily and very fast

Cons

everyone makes up their numbers, people gossip, people talk bad about each other, you are only promoted if you're liked by everyone, if they don't like you they will force you out, they will say one thing one day and then do the opposite the next, big filtering system they keep you around for 6 months then when you are about to get a raise that is in your contract they "let you go" the day before, if you are looking for longevity look elsewhere
