Quite a list, but I will keep it short: The recruiter that handled my onboarding sold me on the idea of it will work out. For 4 months, all I did was show up; no work, no training, nothing. No one to guide me throughout the clearance paperwork. Was kept in the dark about the outcome.

Insight Global has allowed me to get my foot in the door in the workforce at a reputable company after graduating from college. I haven't needed to reach out super often during this contract period since I mainly communicated with the company I was contracted to, but when I did, they have provided fantastic support!

Cons

Being more upfront with how much they were taking, especially for someone who was working with a contract agency for the first time.
