      I can't think of any positives

      Quite a list, but I will keep it short: The recruiter that handled my onboarding sold me on the idea of it will work out. For 4 months, all I did was show up; no work, no training, nothing. No one to guide me throughout the clearance paperwork. Was kept in the dark about the outcome.

      Pros

      Fast hiring process, responsive contacts, easy to follow process and documentation and the usual optional benefits for a contractual employee and they do have an option for 401k after a 3 months of employment.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I have never missed a paycheck from them.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
