The account reps and recruiters were like boiler room sales people. They only hire attractive women to recruit and it's a total churn and burn mentality, zero relationship building. My rep at Walgreens didn't even know who I was when I passed her in the hall and said hi one day a few months into my contract. I'm now with CVS and another much more professional recruiting firm. And guess what? Insight Global lost their contract with CVS for unprofessional behavior.

I would give them 0 stars if I could - So unprofessional, catty and superficial. They treat their employees like crap and there is so much drama in the office it's like highschool. The account managers are on a power trip and treat their recruiters poorly as well. If you aren't pushing for sales by your 6 month they don't help you but instead they boot you out the door. Turn over is so high and everyone hates their job. Don't work for IG! If you are interested in staffing go somewhere else!!!!!

The company has a wonderful training program for internal employees.

Cons

The company culture is very cultish and quick to oust people that don't turn into the Insight Global robot. The corporate recruiting department pushes the success of the few as the being the norm. You more than likely will never make more that 60-75k, unless you make it into upper management or get handed one of the larger accounts when someone gets promoted.
