The culture is unlike any normal company. Like seriously, all my friends and family were telling me none of the things going on were normal. Crying in the bathroom, crying on the way there, crying on the way home, none of that is normal. They overwork you, micromanage you, talk in corporate lingo at all times (no genuine conversations it’s all transactional) and they try to convince you this is all the way the corporate world is because new employees are straight out of college with no experience. Well, I’ve been at my new job for almost a year and I can tell you- nothing going on at insight global is normal. I don’t care if it’s sales- it shouldn’t be that intense all the time!! Having an all hands on meeting every single morning is not normal, making new employees dance or give motivational quotes in front of the whole office is not normal. Don’t do it! Genuinely scarred me for life, maybe it’s just the Nashville office but basically every ex employee I’ve come across from any office has the same feeling. Oh not to mention the HORRIBLE pay for the first year it’s literally comical. Even afterwards the base salaries are laughable! They will convince you it’s supposed to be this hard, and if you’re strong enough you will make it through and the people who quit are weak. It’s hilarious because when I tell my now coworkers stories about working here they genuinely are shocked and don’t believe some of the things that happened.

Everything is a con. The company is a complete joke. They lure you in with false promises and claims of large paychecks and flatter you by saying you're one of the few. Too late you learn its all a lie and the company is using you. BEWARE and AVOID them at all costs!
