Pros

Great mentoring program which helps you take advantage of all the opportunities this company has to offer. This is my first experience with a company that wants you to succeed as much as you want yourself too and they will go out of the way to get you to be as successful as possible.

Cons

The first couple of days can be tough because it is a lot of information to process so you definitely have to try your best to soak in the knowledge

Hired by a recruiter, no real work on my end to get the job due to recruitment.

Cons

I was recruited to fulfill a task order of a major contracting firm supporting the FAA. Well beyond my 6 month probation period I am still hanging in limbo and not employed at said contractor. I have received high level praise from the FAA customer but am waiting on award of further task orders to transition. Although I am thankful to have a job, I literally see 40% of what the FAA is paying for me and plan to transition to FAA employment shortly.

Cons

Insight Global demands a highly motivated and ambitious person that must give 100% all the time. There may be individuals not suited to take the charge, which I believe is one of our Pro's.
