From College to a Career

Awesome work enviornment, working along side people who have become my best friends. Every day flies by and I have no idea where the time went. I love the fast paced, the challenges, and waking up everyday loving what I do. Something I have really admired is that at Insight Global I am not just a number, they took the time to invest in me and went out of their way to do so.

Cons

You need to truly want a career, this is not just a job. Insight Global is a place that is going to invest time, money, and energy in you and you need to equally want to invest in them as well!

The environment is amazing. I don't have any friends who wake up in the morning and look forward to going into the office as much as I do! The job is rewarding. What could be better than finding other people jobs and putting them to work. When they are happy, we are happy.

Cons

At this point, I really have nothing bad to say. The company is great, the people are great, and there is tons of room to grow.

A Good way to get into the Market, Not someplace to be longterm

Pros

Decent Benefits, large company, quick job placement, Waived Contract restrictions. Decent healthcare options, many placement opportunities in several major cities.

Cons

Communication with the Account Managers was not always prompt. Low pay, Contract Restriction waived, all contract to hire positions. Company paid double to Insight what I was paid hourly.
