Pros

Great Culture, financially rewarding, upward mobility and a great reputation. You truly get what you put into the job.

Cons

It's an extremely competitive industry and it requires a lot of self discipline, effort and likability. Unfortunately most people have one of those three but you need to have all three to be successful in this industry. Although you have the ability to financially do very well for yourself It. Is. Not. Easy! Although this is a service oriented business, staffing means that people are more or less your product and people will always be unpredictable. This causes a lot of anxiety and stress because there are many things that you do not have control over in this job and industry.
