      Pros

      Insight Global is an amazing place for motivated and driven people to start a career in sales. From day one you are provided with hands on training and goals that are clearly defined and attainable. Promotions and growth within the company are also attainable after seeing success in entry level roles. Insight Global only promotes from within and makes promotions based on effort and track record, not tenure. Commission is uncapped and you truly get out what you put into the job.

      No cons, but the job is very difficult at times. It requires someone who is extremely persistent and motivated to succeed.

      Pros

      This is the first time in my career that I look forward to coming in to work every day. There's a really inviting culture where everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, and like part of the team. I'm able to tackle something new daily, and I'm constantly picking up new things on the job. Good all around.

      I have yet to run into an negative aspects of this job.
