-Hard transition at first (other employees are pressured to hit numbers so it was a lot for them to give up their time to answer my questions or concerns) -Definitely a "hit or miss" type of job: some days you feel like Superman, other days you feel like a HUGE let down -Inconsistent advice and teaching from superiors (everyone has a different way of doing things, which should be encouraged in my opinion)

They don't provide you with an insight whether the job would be a good fit until the end of the first call. they don't read your resume that you've submitted on Monster or Careerbuilder. They ask you to fill in the blanks over the phone before they explain what position they would like you to apply for even with detail-oriented resumes. Let's not forget a different recruiter from the same office will call you several times about other opportunities and you're explaining the exact same work you've done.
