      Pros

      My organization has worked with Insight Global for the past three years. Insight Global has worked closely with our organization and they have been extremely professional. They have placed many of our programs graduates in contract roles. We have worked with an Account Manager and a Recruiter. Both the Account Manager and Recruiter have been great, professional and attentive.

      Cons

      I have not experienced any cons working with Insight Global. They have been nothing but professional.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at Insight Global because I was given a great opportunity to work with awesome people in a fast paced environment with basically unlimited opportunities to advance. Since they only promote from within and have an uncapped commission structure it is an incredible opportunity to be very successful at a young age.

      Cons

      While the fast paced environment keeps the job interesting it can be stressful. It is a very competitive industry and you need to have a thick skin.

      Pros

      The opportunity for growth at Insight Global is one of the most attractive things about the company. As an employee you have the ability to create your own role and the possibilities for upward movement are endless. There is never a day at IGI where at least one of our 28 offices does not promote someone, which shows how dedicated the company is to growing from within and expanding our industry presence. From sending new hires to Corporate for initial job training to annual training for Sr. employees/leadership, IGI provides all the tools an employee needs to succeed... what you do with those tools is up to you.

      Cons

      IGI has many catch phrases and mantras, but lacks an official company mission statement. At bi-annual conferences, employees are reminded of the big picture and get excited about the company and its continuous growth. However, the daily reminder declaring our purpose as a company and what it is for which we stand and value is missing. A mission statement will encourage employees to remain tightly focused on delivering quality in a competitive market and will set a standard against which we can weigh our decisions and actions in order to continue our industry presence and growth.
