Very flexible hours. Reliable job. Nearly impossible to be fired. An complete idiot can move up into management.

Cons

Low pay. In store promotion's are rare. High stress. HR nonexistent. Company's leadership filled with Mr.Ingles family and friends.

I enjoy the people I work with (most of the time) My manager is fair and VERY knowledgable about the business I have advanced very quickly int he 4 years I have been there

Cons

My position at another grocery chain would make twice what I make. Corporate seems to have NO idea how things work in stores every day I just REALLY dislike our corporate employees, they feel that if you call and ask them a question, you are inconveniencing them. But they have NO problems sending out emails telling US what to do, or what we did wrong, when most likely, it was their screw up.
