Pros
I enjoy the people I work with (most of the time) My manager is fair and VERY knowledgable about the business I have advanced very quickly int he 4 years I have been there
Cons
My position at another grocery chain would make twice what I make. Corporate seems to have NO idea how things work in stores every day I just REALLY dislike our corporate employees, they feel that if you call and ask them a question, you are inconveniencing them. But they have NO problems sending out emails telling US what to do, or what we did wrong, when most likely, it was their screw up.
