They will work you 6-7 days a week, 7 1/2 hours a day, for weeks or months on end -- but still tell you that you are an "irregular", "part time" employee. Only the managers and a few employees who have been there for years and years are considered "regular" and receive any benefits. They also expect you to do 9-10 hours of work within your 7 1/2 hour day.
