      Pros

      The other employees were the same age so it was fun as long as they weren't kissing managers behind.

      Cons

      The management was hit or miss since some played favorites to who kissed behind but I really don't wanna get into. Also better salary since I barely getting a bit over minimum wage.

      Pros

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
