Good salaries and good benefits. Career evolution based on experience and motivation and not diploma which is much appreciated for a French company

Abusive management... A manager/director known for its abusve behavous towards its team (resignations for burn out or depression...) will never be sanctioned by the General Management... Continuous change of organisation is giving a felling of unstability. HR are non existent
