      Constant change of strategy, poor means to reach very ambitious objectives. No respect for people. To have visibility is more important than coming with the right proposition or attitude

      Within Ingenico lots of things are happening. We are changing systems, growing in the market and trying to lead innovation in the business. All these aspects are boosting opportunities; there are so many things that you can be busy with. Not one day is boring and if you demonstrate certain skills, your opinion can result into direct influence in new things. that is without a doubt an environment which breeds energy and in which you fully develop competences in many areas. I work here for over 6 years and I am still loving it!

      Cons

      Due to the dynamic characteristics of the company and the marketplace, setting priorities is not always as easy. You have to be able to deal with changes also in focus area's and in some cases opportunities that arise tomorrow are more important than the things planned yesterday. This type of business is not suited for everyone
