Great colleagues. Quiet, peaceful work environment. Good location and close to food and nightlife. Good pay and benefits. Fun holiday parties.

Cons

Poor communication with other offices overseas as a result of time differences. Legacy software and a lot of maintenance due to many hands in the pot.

Monthly BBQ for the staff during the summer months

Wrong people in the wrong jobs, customer service is poor, if you don't make any money for the business then you are not on their radar, HR department are incompetent, unapproachable and untrustworthy, senior management are weak and do not lead, middle management are the same, too many condescending people, appraisal & bonus structure is one of the worst I have ever experienced, high blame culture, when you leave you hear how much of a bad reputation they have in the Fife area.
