Friendly team members. Good pension. Good holiday and sick pay. Performance related annual bonus which is great for those who work hard.

Cons

Extreme lack of communication between departments. No loyalty to long serving members. Complex processes. Office needs looking after to make it a nicer place to work (full refurbishment!)

Cons

Too rigid. Do ad you are told or you are fired. Rely heavily on sales to sell anything then ask the tech support to do magic. Management have no clue how to manage. Bound to be taken over soon. Hire fire culture.
