Very bad HR policy. You will not be paid variable part even you are leaving completing the whole year. They pay variable in next financial year to thier employee. You will not be eligible to get variable if you are serving notice period . They don't consider first atleast 1 years for next appraisal . I am victim of this . I got appraisal 13% after 26 months and finally got much frustrated. No one get any increment before 20 months considering 12 month less. There is no food cafeteria . Every manger do lot of bad poltics .

Once a very good environment with no interference from the group on nar

Now everything had changed offshore and onshore with one man fooling around with people he is close to , which is the only reason he is recruited here. Data.. man mind it. See the differences in data People who used to work day and night without expecting any additional benefits, now think only of sticking themselves to the chair for 8 hours as it is pointed out vy this man and supported by Two people from groups. Names to be disclosed soon depending on the action taken
