Clients are great and you get to meet incredible people from around the world. In the right role, lots of international travel opportunities.
Cons
Liars and abuse visas. Continually try to replace US citizens and bring in Indians at 60% less wages. Abuse visas. Tells clients that employees have special skills when they dont. I was there 12 yrs and keep being put at clients to fix problems caused by on shore Indians. This is not against the Indian workers who did the best they could and worked hard. They just didn't have the skills. Now I work for a company and when outsourcing is discussed or bringing in contractors for a specific project, Infosys is not considered. Management are liars. Abuse low level staff. If you are American, you will not be promoted and they look for reasons to terminate you after you unknowingly train your indian replacement who comes to the US at a much lower salary.
