Hi There, Thanks for sharing your detailed feedback and the recommendation. We appreciate you taking time out for doing this. We make a continuous effort to find innovative ways of engaging with our people and rewarding them. We have introduced and enhanced a few benefits recently based on employee feedback, we hope those would help. If you are keen to attend a certain seminar or training please feel free to reach out to your manager and see how you could be a part of it. As far as food goes, we recently changed our food vendor based on people feedback and hope you have tried them out and are enjoying the changed menu with more options :). We also have a food committee locally in Bangalore, if you wish to participate, we would be more than happy to have you onboard to see how we would continuously improve ourselves. thanks regards
