Pros

People are smart, organized, and nice. They high management are very good and considerate. The new building is very nice. Employees value the work-life balance of the company.

Cons

Need to work with people around the world, which might take your time to set meetings and make work progress. This can be frustrating some times since it needs a lot of upfront coordination.

Good work - life balance Great management No pressure at work Numerous outings - they celebrate the smallest of things! Feels like home!

Cons

The pay is very less in comparison to the other competitors. This is the sole reason why I might want to look out for other options in the future.
