- people stay for long time - free lunch - no dress code - no time restriction - work from home option - friendly nature (even with top level management) - you can shift to work which you like(internal shifting)

Cons

- less chance to work outside india (if you are from india)

Cons

Salary less compared to other competitive companies... Only veg food at the cafeteria ..
