Great pay, may be top in Bangalore / India. Great work happening in some of the teams. Good overall culture.

Cons

Internal development tools needs improvement. (e.g need to adopt version control systems like git/github). Start offering software as a service.

None as such that i can see because unfortunately i have landed in a team with a very bad management and atmosphere

Cons

When i read the reviews of informatica here, it sounds like an altogether different world. So, the culture in some teams looks like is much different than others, in fact complete opposite. There is too much of micromanagement Work from home is discouraged The team environment is negative There is no sense of achievement There is no work life balance

Great company to work for both from employee environment and synergies amongst regions. Most importantly it is clear what Informatica's vision and strategy is, which makes it satisfying to be contributing towards those goals.

Cons

The pros of running efficiently and agile at times could also be the inability to scale towards more clients since the company operates very lean and effective.
