The products do what they are supposed to, the people are great and professional, the pay is competitive, the culture is friendly...honestly, it has everything you want in a company.

Cons

I personally find it a bit unfair when bonuses are tied to objectives that are completely out of your control (i.e. utilization for those in positions that don't control staffing or business development).

Some very smart SVP leaders, great space (huge potential with cloud DI/DQ, MDM, etc),

Cons

Mixed product strategy of on-prem / cloud - own product is competing internally and confusion with customers due to CEO is not competent to run a company at this scale - he is risk adverse, and allows that mentality to permeate throughout company. Strategic young"er" leaders for cloud sales and channel recently left.
