We appreciate your comments and taking the time to share them. Obviously, we would take exception to your negative comments. But, instead of hearing "the party line" from someone at Corporate, let's see what your peers have to say. Pros

Great Enterprise Technology, strong enterprise installed account base, mission critical to Global 5000 companies. Trusted vendor to major companies across multiple vertical markets globally.

Cons

In the development phase of finding their mid market strategy. Cloud functionality is planned to address this market. Needs to figure out sales and marketing outreach & strategy for accounts outside of their installed base of enterprise companies.

Thank you for your review. We asked SVP of Marketing Strategy & Operations, Franz Aman, and SVP of Worldwide Marketing Operations, Kim Salem-Jackson, to respond: "Absolutely correct - we are working on pushing down market as it is a very sizeable opportunty for us. We see this as a plus! Have we figured it all out? Of course not, but we’ve been making great progress: we have invested in the sales team, business development and doubled our marketing investment for digital (both SEO and paid media including social, targeting new accounts) because we agree – we need strong inbound marketing. We are investing significantly in our Business Development team to increase our reach and impact on the market and capturing those buyers as they go through the journey. We are also preparing aggressive inbound and outbound campaigns to increase lead volumes and better assist sales in the revenue achievement. The organic traffic from search has been on a steady rise, paid traffic accounts for as much as 30% of total web traffic and delivers more net new names and logos than any other program. BTW we are using cutting edge big data and predictive tech to mine all the data and improve the leads quality. Feel free to reach out to the marketing team for more detail." We appreciate your positive comments, and look forward to a successful 2016 and beyond!

Pros

Informatica has always had stellar technology and a great reputation with customers. Since going private, the company has made outstanding selections in building out the new C-Suite. With the new leadership in place, the stage is set for dynamic innovation. Having worked here for some time, I find the culture more unified than every before, with a new-found focus on big picture alignment and collaboration across all functions and teams.

Cons

As a private company, participation in long-term future financial success is limited for the employee base at present. Adjustments should be made to profoundly reward individual contributors for the results of their work in the years to come.
