After the buy out process , high attrition because new top management without the experience at INFA.

Our CEO had been with the Company for three years as Chief Product Officer prior to taking on his role, so he is no stranger to Informatica or our people. Best company I ever worked for. Awesome offering with major investement in exciting new technologies, so you really have market leading competitive products to sel! Great company ethos and culture, they really treat you as a valued individual and corporate social responsibility and other initiatives are not just window dressing. Spirits in the office are high, so you want to be there, everybody supports each other, the structure is there to support the sale with pre-sales, industry consulting and specialists in most areas. Systems are mostly modern and some weaknesses are adressed. Clear processes for governance and approvals. More training after the US sheepdip onboarding - online and face to face, so you are really enabled as a sales person to achieve reasonable targets and exceed TCV .

Cons

Still looking for any major one's, but all recommendations for improvement are desired and followed up by management.
