      Management is squeezing employees for not giving complete bonus. They can be honest and cut salaries rather than doing all gimmicks called MBO's to cut MBO's. Management spends so much money on Travel Agents (they will have their own share) if they avoid these they dont need any tricks to cut down bonus. IPS Morale is completely down and demotivated after Bonus issue. Very less onsite oppurtuniites. Only cost cutting, feels like IPS Higher Management in India is meant only for Cost Cutting plus cutting bonus and nothing else. Manager treats Juniors and Seniors in a different way. Some times there is a lack of quality of work. No team events or outings. No team building activities. HR is useless.

We understand your frustration on the recent MBO change, we can only assure you that concerns are being addressed by the IPS management team in a fair manner. As you know, there was a meeting with the IPS leadership team today where your inputs were requested for on this matter, trust you took the opportunity to share the same. We are concerned with your comment on cost cutting and the travel agent part. Informatica is a fair organization and its employees, including the management do not indulge in activities mentioned by you. However, if you think this exists, please feel free to walk into my office and have a chat with me or write to anyone in the Management team or our CHRO and we will look into it. You might be aware that the IPS team gets additional financial reward for all onsite travels and the onsite travel opportunities are maximum in your group. On the team outings and team events, your group has had lunch outings, offsites, team outings including a team trip to Europe sponsored by the company this year.       Non-Transparent Leadership in Informatica India Sales

      Pros

      As an organisation you have the flexibility in work, the company spends enough resources for a good health to its employees. A culture with openness.

      Cons

      This is specific to India - the sales leadership is non-transparent, very manipulative and enforces divide and rule policy to drive business. of late the teams are going thru abusiveness , beaten and harassed. Honestly in all terms the HR isn't a judicial or a trust able body - since any confidential information shared is immediately highlighted to the manager and it leads to chaos.
