Many talented and bright individuals to be found in the company. Work is varied, but mostly challenging and rewarding. Plenty of growth opportunities. Compensation is competitive.

Cons

Recent compensation and incentive changes within the IPS organization has caused many talented individuals to leave. Underqualified management personal in the Professional Services group.

Pros

salary, provide the resources you need, a lot of business potential

Cons

Managers need people skills training. Management takes no responsibility for nurturing and guiding employees. Professionalism with regards to treatment of employees is lacking. There is no camaraderie. There are a few people who sit in rooms and make decisions and do not know how to succinctly communicate the importance and role to each employee who has to make the vision and strategy come to fruition.

Pros

Great benefits and pay, probably the best package I've ever had. The engineers I worked with were some of the best in the business.

Cons

Some of the worst management I have ever experienced. The company seemed to be intent on growing their offshore unit rather than addressing the issues at hand. Others have commented on the weight of personal relationships rather than results as a driver, an observation I would have to concur with.
