Now that McGee is gone maybe the company will return to treating the sales organization like they have value. Charles Race is a good guy and will add value

Cons

Very weak sales management. Quick to blame employees not the lack of innovation over the last few years. No real process just tons of reporting which sales management only uses to bash employees with not to help improve the sales process

We have seen a resurgence in the energy of the entire sales organization and innovative new strategies are being adopted to tighten our focus on customer solutions. We continue to see an influx of former Informatica sales folks coming back to work with us as they see the massive opportunity we have over the next 5-10 years.

Pros

The leadership is dynamic, approachable and genuine! The company has recently "re-invented" itself and is on fire! It is a truly collaborative environment. Individual contributions have an impact and are appreciated!

Cons

The recent changes and lots of new personnel have caused some minor internal confusion and transition issues, but am confident these will be overcome.
