      Good Work Life balance

      Have a good work life balance which the employees enjoy. Along with that we get a chance to work on latest technology stack and are updated with what is new in the enterprise world.

      Cons

      Employees have a good time working here. So no cons as an employee from my side :)

      Great opportunity, great team, and great timing

      Pros

      I've been working as an Inside Sales Rep with Informatica for about a year and half now. I can tell you that the management team really does care about the development of its sales people, and has provided a great culture for a diverse team to grow together. From a market standpoint, Informatica is growing extremely fast and so is the demand for data management software in the marketplace which means that the timing couldn't be much better. Most importantly, the commission structure is extremely competitive and in the favor of the sales rep so there is extremely high income potential here, if you're willing to put in the effort and at times patience for longer deal cycles that come with enterprise software sales.

      Cons

      Hyper growth means that sometimes there isn't much structure as things are constantly changing. For some, this may be a turnoff but it will give you experience outside of your comfort zone.
