Informatica has a great product to offer and is a true leader in Data Management market, product management is great

Cons

micromanagement on each level of doing business no trust from management no support in further progress, no training, constant cuts in commissions and accounts coverage bad non-supportive management that protects their personal interests only low salaries comparing to market levels and commissions cuts non-supportive when it comes to parental leave or longer vacations

Cons

Minimal training for sales teams. Too expensive for mid market customers. The majority of current customers were enterprise accounts.
