      Pros

      INFA has a feel of a family environment, The pay and benefits are excellent. There is a strong HR focus on improving work life and compensation which has kept us with a very low turnover rate. I enjoy coming to work, the environment is a startup feel with large company results.

      Cons

      The companys last acquistion has limited the space here in Redwood City. We seem to be running out of space here on campus. Parking and seating is getting a bit tight.

      The senior management at Informatica get the job done and also are interested in your professional and personal growth. They will help you with where you want to go.

      Cons

      It is a large company and at times difficult to get to know other employees other than the ones in your immediate team. Everyone is very driven to meet their goals and tend to only mingle with their immediate coworkers.
