Business Outlook
Pros
Very strong management at the top with a lot of vision. Filling out strong suite of software solutions to move them to the next step in the industry. For a sales rep, a lot of very good tools that are supported for mobile use. Very big customer base for the main product.
Cons
Pushing to continue to set revenue records every quarter. The expectation of continued success is putting stress on the salesforce - quotas are much higher, while territories are shrinking and comp plans are less lucrative. And the continued adding of newly acquired products without any additional support makes life very challenging. Due to large customer base, not many new potential customers for base product.
