Pros
A fast-moving company, in an interesting space, with good management and huge potential. I really like worknig with the people I work with. Everybody is smart and motivated. The vision othe company has articulated over the past year is inspiring to me and something I want to be a part of.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but something to consider: There is no real career development. You have to take ownership and drive it yourself. I have found that your managers will generally support you in what you want to do.
