Be in the front row of technology with the market leader. Hard-core consultancy experience with great level of independence (no layers of mid to high level managers for the sake of it). Most of the internal applications are self-serve and cloud based making it easy for doing everything by yourself and on-the run. Great client base, challenging technical & solution landscape. Great support from global teams and leadership putting technology and brand at the top.

Pros

Very competitive compensation, lots of opportunities for growth at all levels, recognition for work done and a management team that cares about each individual. Even though the company has been around for 20 years, it still has the spark and energy to excel!

Cons

Most challenges are related to growing pains of a company. As the company has evolved to have a portfolio of products, it hasn't really figured out how to organize it self effectively to continue the momentum and growth.

The C level executives can clearly articulate their vision for the company. - That vision actually makes a great deal of sense - The market growth potential for the suite of products is incredibly large. The hiring process is very straightforward. Compensation is very fair to generous. Work-Life balance actually exists for most people. There is a culture of professional meets friendly. Large company benefits with smaller company feel.

Cons

Departments are a bit segmented, and cross-departmental projects can require serious social networking to move things forward. Cafeteria is incredibly mediocre.
