      It's pathetic, don't give value of experience and pay(too much variable pay, and they won't give 100% bonus promised)

      Nothing to say about pros for this company

      Cons

      1. Too much variable pay in CTC. 2. Performance bonus component is just a way to hold your 10% of CTC with them , never given 100% bonus for past 4 years. 3. R&D team has least priority among other units in the company (feels like we are developing world class products but other units are enjoying the benefits) 4. Never expect long term onsite chances (L1 or H1B) from R&D unit ( 1% - who are very very lucky will get relocation chances to US). 5. Never value veterans so this is not the place for long term employment.

      Pros

      I have been with Informatica for more than three years now and enjoyed being part of this company. - Greta work environment which has very supportive team and Very approachable management. -Lots of scope for self-learning through on-demand and classroom trainings provided. -Work-life balance. -Work from home option. -Free Food -Fitness facility and Yoga Classes

      Cons

      -Unless you and your manager make noise and are vocal of the challenges they overcame at a customers, nobody recognizes your work. -Promotion is flat based on number of years of experience. -Since most of the revenue is generated by US, Indian team receives step-motherly treatment. -Sometimes You never get opportunity to work on products you took training for.
