Pros

Company provides good time-off during an year, office culture is very good. Work-life balance can be achieved here.

Cons

I was not able to go to 'The Club' after I was awarded the 'Best Performer' award. The reason I was not able to go was - kids were not allowed. Informatica should have alternatively awarded me in that case.

Pros

Laid back work culture, less micro management.

Cons

The India division operates like old feudal system entire first floor parking lot is reserved for people with more than 10 years experience even the HQ in Redwood city does not have such a class divide , parking lots need to be reserved for physically challenged and not based on a metric which does not even bring any value to the organization.

Decent Pay Good work Environment Denying all the rumors its growing faster than expected It has many established product beside ETL tool Early adopters of the buzzing technology Bangalore team have end to end ownership of the product Good facilities

Cons

Very less leaves Cab facility costly Food in food court not up to the standard More component based pay in salary structure for tax saving
