Pros

Great place to start your career as you get to learn a lot of things. They give you an opportunity to work on real-world projects despite being a fresher/intern.

Cons

Delayed full-time conversion of almost all R&D interns Failed to deliver what was promised in colleges They make you overwork, stretch for longer hours, no WLB, your health can also be affected. Poor roadmap of our team and goals are also unclear. Almost all members of my team have spoken about being frustrated.
