      Pros

      Onboarding is very organized, a lot of training materials, fully understand the goals and visions and packed with refreshers and onsite trainings, not just with ICs but to Supervisors as well. They help you really be successful in your work and in your personal and team goals. Executive leadership connects with everyone directly making sure that their respective supervisors help them succeed!
