You are given enough time to study the system and applications Everyone is so approachable and accomodating Good salary and benefits especially the HMO and allowances Mandatory one day wfh every week is so nice Managers are considerate when you request wfh especially if it is really needed. They always make sure everyone is productive so they can deliver tasks on given deadline I am amazed with the level of support and leadership they show to their employees They are also open on giving you trainings to help you perform your job effectively and efficiently
