Pros
Worked in the GT Nexus subsidiary of Infor which works on the product named Infor Nexus. Great wing to work with. People are helpful. After the aquisition of GT Nexus from Infor, things have started to work in a standard way and the Infor culture has spread here according to the seniors which restricts various perks, but as per my experience it's a great place to start as a fresher or a person with medium experience. Most of the frameworks used for development are internally made and if u have a zeal to explore, there is a lot to learn. Managers are cool and helpful. Great work life balance. Gets the feel of a typical product based company.
Cons
Most of the engineering heads who were considered extraordinary have started to move out since the perks became less post Infor acquisiotion. Gives the feel of a remote wing of a great parent company.
