      Pros

      -Great home/work balance. Flexible hours, casual environment. -Really a pretty simple job- work hard and you can make some extra cash. Currently I make a 35K base plus 10K target commission...which is TOTALLY reachable. I'll likely pull in 47-48K total this year, which is pretty darn good given the job.

      Cons

      -Upper management is terrible. No clue what's going on, they change their minds twice a day about policies. -NO room for mobility. I'm content with being here and building some experience, but am quite certain that I will be looking elsewhere for my next job. -Corporate mess...executive team lies to us about everything. Treated very poorly when it comes down to it.

      Infor offered me the experience of learning what a it is like to work for such a dreadful company and what to look for in potential employers.

      Growing fast but still looking for a culture

      Pros

      The company is an agglomerate of smaller companies, of which management is trying to mix together ther right qualities. This compay has without a doubt a great potential specially for the number of customers they have.

      Cons

      Talking as an employee, I have the feeling gaps are left within departments and choices going towards an innovative and drastic policy, can leave some people unhappy and working within the company but against it. Changes needs to happen, can happen fast, but need to be weighted carefully.
