Pros

NYC office is gorgeous -- if only they invested in much as much in their people. Work/life balance is decent.

Cons

Anyone who wants to work here should proceed with extreme caution. If you come here, make sure to keep your resume and portfolio up to date and are socking away savings. You'll need it for sure. All opinions are my own but see the other reviews. The real ones, not the fake ones by Infor. Turnover is high, thanks to constant layoffs. Many also leave due to instability, poor management, and lack of advancement. In 18 months, my team had two massive cuts and one smaller one. Jobs are eliminated or outsourced all the time. Most of the talented people have left. Morale is low. Many are demotivated by low pay, directionless leadership, and zero recognition. My team had no women in leadership. Most of the females and minorities were let go, and it was clear who the important people were, according to our managers. The few women on my team frequently spoke about the dismissive, biased attitude management had toward them. My department had no real culture, leadership, or innovation -- just buzzwords and empty promises. Our impetuous "Head of (Jargony Buzzword)" would take nasty jabs at people in meetings and demoralize people to drive them out. I wouldn't recommend accepting an offer here unless you want to work for a submarket salary just to be out on the street within a year. Severance is stingy compared to similar organizations, and you won't be reassigned to a different team. Infor does the minimum to protect themselves from litigation but otherwise doesn't care about employees.
