The structure is flat and there is almost not possible to grow. Also benefits are poor, there are no bonuses and to get a salary raise is more miracle than a real thing to happen. Prague office is a cheap solution for the corporate and the behavior of upper management is not very appropriate I would say.. There are products where is required very wide knowledge and years of experience but the compensation and benefits part of the thing is as for a typical SSC..

EVERY.THING. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. They treat you horribly. The pay is unfair and unequal across the board. Former colleagues working in the same exact position are being paid 40% more than others, most with far less experience. New hires are being hired in at much higher salaries. The commission structure is horrible and the company goes out of its way to make it nearly impossible to hit your monthly and quarterly goals so they can save on their bottom lines and pay out less on commissions. We are constantly being asked to do more and more duties, all that are outside of what our actual jobs are supposed to be, and we aren't compensated for it. Management is horrible. DO NOT WORK FOR INFOR!
